Welcome to Democracy at Work Los Angeles!

d@w-LA is a local community action group committed to promoting worker cooperatives and democratic workplaces in the Los Angeles area. We believe that worker self directed enterprises are crucial to a stronger democratic economic system and a necessary alternative to the current economy where few benefit at the expense of the many.  You can support economic justice and connect with likeminded locals by getting involved in this important movement. We meet up on the 4th Saturday of every month at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Santa Monica, located at 1260 14th St in Santa MOnica, CA. Please join us!
